当館は、原則として、正式予約の申し込みをいただくことで、客室・会議室を確保いたしておりますが、10名様以上の団体様におかれまして、最初の計画の段階で、空室があるかどうかを確認してから当館にてご利用を決定するかどうかを検討協議される団体様もいらっしゃいますので、ご検討いただく期間、仮押さえをすることがございます。
いわゆる「仮予約」につきまして、当館におかれましては、下記の通り対応いたしております。
（1）当館の空室状況を確認し、料金等を考慮しながら「当館をご利用するかどうか」を、検討してから決めたいと考えている団体様・・・おおよそ１週間、仮押さえいたします。
（2）当館をご利用いただくことは確定しているが、正確なご利用人数が確定していないので、仮の人数での押さえを希望している団体様・・・仮予約ではなく、概数でよろしいので人数を指定して正式予約の扱いで手続きいただきます。宿泊日が変わらすかつ軽微な人数変更でございましたら、おおよそ利用開始１か月前までは軽微な減員についてはキャンセル料金は発生いたしません。その間、計画の進捗に合わせて随時申込人数を調整していただきますようお願いしております。
（3）学校行事等で代理店様が利用団体様に計画を提案して入札により利用の可否が決まる場合・・・計画進行の日程スケジュール（業者決定の時期）を確認いたします。仮押さえ可能な期間がご利用日等により異なりますので、都度お問い合わせいただきますよう、お願いいたします。
（4）募集型の企画でのご利用を計画する等、計画開始の時点でどれくらいの人数になるか全くわからず、催行中止の可能性もある場合
・・・原則先着順での予約受付といたしておりますので、当館ではご意向に応えられない可能性もございます。利用団体様の判断でどれほどの客室・ベッドの確保を必要とされるかをご指定し、正式予約していただくこととなります。正式予約後、(2)と同様、計画の進行に伴い随時申込人数を調整することは可能です。なお、正式予約後、10名を下回ることとなった場合は、団体予約自体が条件を満たさなくなるため取消扱いとなり、取消に係るキャンセル料率が適用されます。

Although we generally secure rooms and a meeting room after the reservation is confirmed, groups of more than 10 people can make a tentative reservation.
If you would like to consider your plan after ensuring that enough rooms are available, we temporarily secure the rooms for a certain period.
These are the rules of a tentative reservation:
1. For those who want to consider *if they use us or not*; we secure the rooms for 1 week.
2. For those who have not yet confirmed the number of the people but have decided to use us; you can confirm a reservation with an approximate number, not tentatively.
Until 1 month before your stay, no cancellation fee will be charged unless you change the schedule or change the number of people significantly.
Please update the number of people as the plans progress.
3. For agents who are proposing some plans to a group (e.g., school events);
We will check the schedule of the planning (when the agent is confirmed). Since the period of tentative reservations depends on the season, please ask us each time.
4. For those who are collecting members, which means they do not know how many will be stay or if the event will be held; as reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis, we might not be able to accomodate your requests.
They need to confirm a reservation with a certain number of rooms or beds as they want, not tentatively. As in 2., they can change the number of people after confirming the reservation. However, if the nummber of members will be lesser than 10, which does not fulfill the requirement of group reservations, a cancellation fee will be charged.
