例 12名様のご予約が９名様以下となってしまった場合
ご宿泊日３か月前に９名以下となった場合。
→団体予約が無効となり、取消。当初予約人数(12名全員分)の利用料金の10％相当がキャンセル料金として適用されます。
９名様以下での予約は1か月前に改めてお申込みいただくことになります。
ご宿泊日25日前に９名以下となった場合
→団体予約が無効となり、取消。当初予約人数の利用料金(12名全員分)の20％相当がキャンセル料金として適用されます。
９名様以下の実人数で予約を取り直すことはできますが、別途人数分の利用料金が必要です。
取り直しの予約の利用代金にキャンセル料金を充当することはできません。

If the number of people falls to 9 people or less 25 days before the date of stay
→ Group reservations will be invalidated and canceled. A cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the usage fee for the number of people originally booked (all 12 people) will be applied.
You can re-book as actual number of people. But you will be charged an additional fee for each person.
The cancellation fee cannot be used to pay for the rescheduled reservation fee.
